Mr. Wittner specializes and limits his practice
to State and Federal criminal defense, encompassing all classes,
ranges and degrees of charged criminal offenses, including but not
limited to murder, other violent offenses such as assault, sex offenses,
drug possession, drug trafficking, drug conspiracies, all "stealing"
related offenses, fraud, forgery, white collar offenses, property
damage offenses, as well as traffic related offenses, including
driving while intoxicated (D.W.I.). Mr. Wittner and his firm have
been located in Clayton, Missouri since 1980 and are dedicated to
the compassionate and zealous representation of their clients, treating
each with respect and integrity which is paramount to a meaningful
attorney-client relationship.
